- Collect and normalize data from any source to be used in Response Lab’s data environment
- Always evaluating process efficiencies so we “work smarter.”

- Focused on providing the “what was responsible for good performance” so report/dashboard users can make critical business decisions.
- Provide reports/dashboards that are analysis tools. Allow users to refine their understanding of performance on their own. Eliminate the need to “ask questions” when they can get the answer.
⛳ Champion of DownTime
- Lives in Roeland Park, KS (just outside of Kansas City) and loves to explore the city and surrounding areas
- Active golfer who likes to play at least twice during the week and both days on the weekend
- Enjoys his two dogs and watching them be as crazy as possible when they play
