Response Labs welcomes Jason Miller to the team as our new Creative Director. With over 25 years working in advertising and marketing, Jason’s expertise and leadership will be critical in helping solve our clients’ creative challenges.

What makes Jason a key hire is his consumer-centered approach to digital marketing, balancing what people want with solutions that honor the brand.”
In this role, Jason will be responsible for launching our creative division, advancing the agency’s capabilities, and helping grow the business. He joins Response Labs after six years as Creative Director at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where he built the in-house creative team and oversaw creation of marketing communications, ad campaigns and brand initiatives. His experience spans numerous industries including healthcare, technology, real estate, finance, retail, hospitality and non-profit. His career includes stints at a handful of Baltimore ad agencies and Advertising.com, a digital technology startup that pioneered online advertising in the early 2000s.
“Response Labs brings me back to my digital advertising roots,” Jason confirmed. “Since the early dot-com days, I’ve been passionate about customer experience. What excites me about Response Labs is working with super smart people who use data and analytics to provide real value to customers.” Jason added, “plus, I’m a creative nerd. While data can tell you what’s working or not, it can’t pick up on the elements that connect people to brands on an emotional level. That’s where I come in.”
Fueled by a diet that consists mostly of coffee, beer and hot sauce, Jason is in constant motion. When he’s not working, you’ll find him with his family engaged in any number of activities—sporting events, hiking, running, swimming and adventuring. And when there’s opportunity, he dabbles in photography.
