After an expansive search to find a Senior Digital Designer with the right mix of brains, talent and personality, Response Labs adds another creative pro to its fold. We’re excited to announce the addition of Katie Scott to our emerging creative division. With over 12 years of brand building and graphic design experience, Katie has exponentially increased the creative power and productivity of Team RL.
Katie effectively doubles the size of the creative team, now two strong, working alongside Response Labs’ Creative Director, Jason Miller. The duo will collaborate with the rest of Team RL to envision, create, and develop data-driven advertising and marketing solutions for a host of national brands. Combining leading-edge technology, consumer insights and digital media channels to elevate online experiences,

Miller went on to say, “Katie’s background as a college athlete gives her a unique edge too. She understands that advertising, like competitive sports, is just as much about individual talent and selfless contribution as it’s about teamwork and collaboration. That’s critical when you’re working with national brands. Our clients expect us to elevate their work. Katie is that kind of team player. She’s also not ashamed to be called a nerd. Which is rare in any sport or industry.”
Katie’s career has covered a range of work including brand development, advertising campaigns, print collateral, digital (web, email and app) design, social media management, and sports and event marketing. Before joining Response Labs, she led creative strategy and design at FX Studios as a Senior Graphic Designer. Katie also oversaw the implementation of assets across digital and media channels. Prior to FX, Katie helped launch the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) and develop its brand. As an early member of the marketing team, she architected the PLL’s brand story and managed the design team, collaborating across multiple business units to ensure brand cohesion, consistent messaging and completion of creative assets.
When she’s not exercising her creative muscles, Katie can be found biking and hiking the Northern Central Railroad Trail in Maryland, and a bucket list of National Parks. Maintaining her athletic discipline, she’s also working towards a number of CrossFit PRs (personal records). Occasionally, Katie taps out to enjoy some snuggle time up on the couch with her dog and cat.
