Complimentary Post-BFCM Readiness Assessment

Black Friday brings them in. Make sure they come back.

Your team has spent months on the offers, the creative, and the send schedule.

We'll review your plan before the rush: the offers and messages going out, and what happens to new customers after the first order, so you know what to fix first and what to leave alone.

Six areas, one scorecard

We review everything that touches a customer before and after the sale.

  • Offers, messaging, and creative

Whether each offer and message fits the people receiving it, before it sends.

  • Data capture

Pop-ups, preference collection, and what the first order records.

  • Welcome and lifecycle journeys

Welcome flows, gift buyer paths, and the triggers that lead to a second purchase.

  • Segmentation

New buyers apart from existing customers, and deal seekers apart from future regulars.

  • Deliverability

Suppression rules and send volume, so the spike doesn't hurt your sender reputation.

  • Measurement and holdouts

Tracking and holdout groups, so you can show what BFCM drove.

You can't fix the rush after it happens

The first order tells you the most about a new customer. If the program isn't set up to capture it, that window closes. Many teams also freeze changes in November, so the real deadline comes even sooner.

How our assessments work

  2. Review

You grant read-only access. We never touch live settings.

  3. Findings

You get a scorecard, a Do Not Touch list, and specs for what to fix first.

  4. Act

Your team works from the specs, or hands them back to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Post-BFCM Readiness Assessment?
A review of the martech, campaigns, journeys, and data that handle your customers after the rush. You get a scorecard, a Do Not Touch list, and copy and logic specs for what to fix first.
Is it really free?
Yes. BFCM readiness is a real, time-bound problem, and the assessment is the fastest way to see how we work. If you want help acting on the findings, we're glad to talk about it. There's no obligation.
How much of my team's time does it take?
Under 30 minutes: a 15-minute kickoff call and a few minutes to set up read-only access. We handle the analysis.
How do you access our systems?
With read-only or analyst-level permissions only. We never change live settings, automated flows, or active campaigns.
What if we can't make changes before Black Friday?
You'll still get a Do Not Touch list, so you know what to leave alone during your change freeze. The specs are written so your team or developer can act on the most important fixes right away, or after the rush.
Why do we need to start by November 6?
So you get findings with enough time to act on them before Thanksgiving. We take on a limited number of assessments before then.
What do you get out of it?
Our hope is that we uncover high-leverage areas where we can drive value for your brand, and in return, you'll want to keep working with us. There's no obligation.

Make every message after the rush matter
